Manufactured using selected okoume timber according to BS1088-1:2003 standards and Lloyds certified. PANDAforest light marine plywoood is a multi-ply marine plywood that is superior to all standard okoume plywood currently produced.

The self-designed criss-cross superposition structure not only improves the mechanical properties of the entire board, but also makes the template size more stable.
Okoume marine plywood is lightest in weight among marine plywood products available.
It has the best strength to weight ratio. Okoume is strong and easy to work with for tooling. Okoume wood itself has natural resistance to rot and mildew.
It is universal marine plywood that can be used in numerous different applications from hull manufacturing, port construction to aircraft manufacturing, house decoration, aircraft model DIY and other fields, where weight an waterpoof is important factor.

Face and Back

100% Full sheet 1.0-1.2mm thick Okoume Venner. Beautiful surface texture and comfortable color.

Double sided well sanding and polishing smooth and flat, offers an optimal base for different overlaying methods.

Strural

Full Okoume veneers are arranged crosswise according to mechanical properties. Miter joint and hot melt wire connection are adopted to avoid excessive gap and ensure excellent hardness and stability.

Edges

Four edges are pre-sealed and well sanded out of the factory, with tight edges and clear layers grain. Full sheet use resilient to moisture, insects and chemical abrasion effectively.

Bonding

Special custom-made A Bond phenolic adhesives cross-bonded waterproof glueing. Deep penetration, locking each layer of veneer.
