PANDAforest Film Faced Plywood Poplar is a Economical film faced shuttering plywood designed for light weight concrete formwork. Produced by Plantation grown poplar veneer. The surface constructed with 120 g/m2 phenolic film on both sides. Unlike ordinary plywood, the film-faced plywood is durable against concrete, so it is widely used for Wall and slab formwork panel for concrete finishes with light weight, fairfaced concrete finishes.

The plywood with a wide range of thicknesses and sizes, also great for finished furniture, signs and general industrial purposes.
It resists abrasion, it is weather and moisture proof and resists commonly used chemicals, dilute acids and alkalis.
The surface is easy to clean with water or steam.
Can be high number of reuses.

Face and Back

Dark Brown phenolic film 120 g/m2 or 220g/m2. The film surface is smooth, glossy and hard. It resists abrasion, it is weather and moisture proof and resists commonly used chemicals, dilute acids and alkalis. The surface is easy to clean with water or steam. Can be re-used many times.

Strural

Full popalr veneers are arranged crosswise according to mechanical properties. Miter joint and hot melt wire connection are adopted to avoid excessive gap and ensure excellent hardness and stability.

Edges

The edges 4 times sealed with water-dispersible acrylic paint in the factory for minimise moisture penetration. Brown edge.

Bonding

The exclusive waterproof glue can tightly bond each layer of core veneer, increase the waterproof performance of the plywood and improve the service life of the plywood.
